No allergy, intolerance or coeliac orders. We do not accept or fulfil orders intended to meet allergy, intolerance or coeliac requirements. If you, or anyone you are ordering for, has a food allergy, intolerance or coeliac disease, do not place an order.
Shared kitchens. Our products are made in different kitchens, each of which handles many different ingredients and products using shared equipment, surfaces and utensils. You should assume that any of the 14 major allergens (celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphites), and other allergens, may be present in any product through cross-contamination. We do not offer or represent any product as allergen-free.
Product allergen information. The allergens each product contains as ingredients are shown in its allergen information. Full allergen information for any product is also available from the store on request. Recipes and suppliers can change, so the allergen information that applies to your order is the information shown when you place it and provided at collection or delivery.
Eggless and other “made without” options. When a product is described as eggless, or as made without a particular ingredient, that ingredient is not added to the recipe, but the product may still contain it due to cross-contamination and is not suitable for anyone with an allergy to it. Our eggless option is a dietary preference, not an allergy option.
Colourings. Some of our products contain colourings which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
